1 Review Financials that were mailed & review checks
- Approve minutes.
- Checks: Check reports were sent to the Finance committee.

2 Past month review - Financial Activities
- Quarterly billing - PSOP in process, should go out early next week.
- Winter Water Storage billing completed.
- Software implementation report.

3 Next two months anticipated activities
- Financial review of the accounting process used by the Bureau for payments,
especially Operations fees charged to the District are continuing to be
analyzed and projections made.
- Kathie to Project Principles Class May 21 & 23, 2008.
- 2007 Project Water allocation and billing.
- Budget: Review funding for the Conduit & PSOP and impacts both the Enterprise
and District budgets.

4 Ongoing Finance Projects
The finance manual needs to be reviewed and updated; perhaps a subcommittee is
best way to get review completed.
